Course Memo
This course is designed to familiarize the student with basic first call mortuary operation and to offer the student an opportunity to assist in the preparation of dead human remains. The student is encouraged to use the experience as an arena in which the theory aquired in the classroom can be applied in actual mortuary procedures. Special emphasis is given to the local, state and federal regulations relative to the care of dead human remains. Credit 1 hour
