Course Memo
This course is designed to familarize the student with basic first call mortuary operation and to offer the student an opportunity to assist in the preparation of dead human remains. The stuent is encouraged to use the experience as an arena in which the theory acquired in the classroom can be applied in actual mortuary procedures. Special emphasis is given to the local, state, and federal regulations relative to the care of dead human remains. Credit 1 hour.
